Synthet Dreads In-braided Dreadlocks
Synthet dreads are for those who want to try having dreads, but who are not sure that you want to commit to it for a long time or are afraid of ruining your hair.
It is suitable if you, for example, have shorter hair, want to let it grow out and try something new in the meantime.
Synthetic dreads can be made to look completely natural and they can also be made completely perfect, I adapt this to what the customer is looking for.
I can make the dreads for you and I can also put in synthetic dreads that you bring to me. I know a number of different methods so most things can be solved.
You can choose to bring synthetic dreads and have them inserted, I can make synthetic dreads and send them to (you will also receive an instruction manual on how to insert them, you can also have me both make your synthetic dreadlocks and have them inserted.
Something that is incredibly important to me is what type of material I use, I always use high quality hair that will help make your synthetic dreadlocks look as natural as possible.
A question I often get is how come your synthetic dreads look so vibrant?
This is because I always mix several shades together to give it a depth in the colors and to make it look vibrant. This is something that is one of the things that I work a lot with, I see it as creating art on your hair =).

I work with synthetic dreadlocks in several different ways, which way is best for you depends entirely on what type of style you want on your synthetic dreads.
I make both pre made dreadlocks such as single ended dreads and double ended dreadlocks that can be braided with different methods, you can choose what type of texture the dreads should have and what colors and how you want the end to be on the dreads such as text dreadlocks with loose tops which are also called Mermaid dreadlocks.
You can both order synthetic dreadlocks from me and have them inserted by me or you can order synthetic dreadlocks and have them sent to your home (if you choose to have them home-sewn, you can get instructional videos on how to insert them yourself).

When it comes to inserting both double ended and single ended dreadlocks, I offer several different braiding methods to braid your synthetic dreadlocks, which method is used depends on the type of hair you have and I adapt the methods so that it looks as nice as possible to your hair.

How is it done?
I start by mixing the color shades needed to match your hair (you can also choose color effects).
I take some of your own hair and some extensions and braid an approximately 2 cm long braid, which is then attached with a synthetic fiber thread. This braid does not damage your own hair.
The synthetic hair is then tousled up and shaped into a dreadlock using my "steamer" that produces hot water steam.
Your own hair hangs loosely alongside the synthetic dreads.
Do you have to do your entire hair with synthetic dreads?
You can either do a whole head of dreads so that it looks like all of your own hair is dreaded or you can just add a few single dreads that fill out your own hair, or as color effects.
How long do synthetic dreads last?
In order for your hair to look nice and not be damaged, you have to take out the synthetic dreads or re-insert them after about 3 months because you get growth during this time and even if you don't comb out this growth for a few months, the hair will start to re-dread itself.
The synthetic dreads that I make are of high quality and last a long time, you can have them in your hair for up to two years.
But you should re-insert them every three months.
How do I take care of my synthetic dreads?
Wash your hair with a silicone-free shampoo 1-2 times a week, when your hair is damp you can run your fingers through your hair to make sure that your own hair doesn't tangle between the dreads.
Once a day you can spray conditioner spray on your synthetic dreads to keep your own hair feeling good and to keep the dreads looking nice for a long time.
It's not that difficult to take care of synthetic dreads.

Yes, I offer a range of different types of synthetic dreadlocks, they are customized to what you want. Please email me for a price list and how long it takes to make them. Please note that I spend time in both Sweden and France and am on the move, so I don't always ship things from Sweden, but the dreads may be shipped from where I am.

I always use high quality synthetic hair and I always deep clean the hair before I start working with the hair so that my clients do not risk having an allergic reaction to the hair.
